This is Faith, aged 55.
She shops weekly, mostly mid-morning when the roads are quiet. It’s a short drive, and this is her favourite community centre close to home. She used to shop monthly, but now enjoys doing more frequent top-ups. She likes to spend time in the centre and will often arrange to meet a friend at the local coffee shop.
