Johann is an experienced executive with over 27 years of experience in the areas of ESG, corporate finance, corporate services, governance and group secretariat. He has significant experience in real estate capital markets, specifically the execution and implementation of corporate actions (including mergers, acquisitions and stock exchange listings) within the listed REIT sector in South Africa and Spain.
His contributions to the corporate governance landscape have been well recognised, being a former board member and past president of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
Johann’s expertise and experience have established him as a key figure in the ESG and corporate services realm within the real estate capital markets.
