Shadley is an experienced governance and corporate services professional with a strong background in internal auditing, company secretarial practice, and regulatory compliance within the South African listed environment. Shadley has 24 years of corporate experience, of which the last twenty has been spent with Vukile.
Shadley holds a BSc degree in Informatics and a National Diploma in Internal Auditing. He also holds the Chartered Secretary designation (FCIS), having been admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa. He has also completed the JSE Sponsor Development Programme.
