Islazul

Islazul is one of Madrid’s leading retail and leisure destinations and one of the most prominent urban shopping centres in Spain. Located in the Carabanchel district, the centre benefits from a strategic position alongside the M-40 ring road and serves a catchment area of more than 1.9 million inhabitants within a 15-minute drive.

Islazul attracts around 12 million visits annually, supported by excellent accessibility, more than 4,100 parking spaces and strong public transport connectivity. Notably, over 40% of visitors reach the centre on foot or by public transport, reflecting its strong integration within the urban fabric of Madrid. Since opening in 2008 and following a significant refurbishment in 2019, Islazul has consolidated a market-leading retail and leisure offer with more than 180 brands.
