Splau

Splau is one of the most prominent retail and leisure destinations in the Barcelona metropolitan area. Located in Cornellà de Llobregat, at the southern gateway to the city, the centre benefits from a strategic position within a densely populated catchment area of more than five million people, while also capturing demand from the millions of tourists who visit Barcelona each year.

The asset comprises more than 56,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) across 151 units and maintains an occupancy rate close to 99%. Since opening in 2010, Splau has consistently delivered strong operational performance, supported by active management and major refurbishments completed in 2016 and 2022. The centre attracts approximately 10 million visitors annually and remains one of the region’s most dynamic retail destinations.
